Peugeot 208

I was kind of excited when Peugeot announced they would use the 205 as an inspiration for the 208 (though I think the 206 before they turned it into the silly 206+ wasn't half bad either). but it turns out that their key inspiration appears to have been the current Renault Clio - which is not one of the more successful Renault or French small car designs for that matter. the two door works a bit better. but the four simply doesn't look like a Peugeot - though thank goodness they got rid of the humongous grills and pseudo race car nose. and what happened inside? they remembered too late that even a small car needs as speedo?
